Full Renovation — The Crosby House (Vancouver Heritage Register, B-Listing)
A full-scope DELANA-led renovation on the Crosby House at 1529 W 33rd Avenue — a 1937 early-modernist residence designed by architect Robert Berwick as one of his first professional commissions (Berwick later co-founded Sharp Thompson Berwick Pratt, the firm that helped define Vancouver mid-century modernism). The house is on the Vancouver Heritage Register as a B-listing with Municipal Protection. On this project DELANA completed 100% of the interior design and 100% of the finishes — inside and outside — including every bathroom. Ensuite and secondary-bath scope included Schluter KERDI waterproofing on every wet surface, custom tile, plumbing rough-in updates to current BC Building Code, and fixture selections chosen to sit inside Berwick's cubic concrete-block and corner-window vocabulary without fighting it.
