DELANA Interiors started in 1981 with a simple belief: if you build it right, the clients will come back. That belief has held for four decades. What began as a small Vancouver renovation contractor operation in Metro Vancouver has grown into one of the area's most trusted names for home renovation Vancouver homeowners rely on — residential renovation and custom home building included.
We are the interior renovation division of KDL Construction — which means every project we take on carries the structural rigour of commercial-grade building behind it. Trends change. Jim Lazos founded DELANA Interiors in 1981 and has been on the tools — and managing projects — ever since. Born from a trades background, Jim built his reputation one renovation at a time across Metro Vancouver's most demanding neighbourhoods.
What sets Jim apart isn't just the decades of experience. It's the way he approaches every project: as if it's his own home. He reviews the plans. He walks the site.
